Abstract writing guide

– The title of the article should be in one line at most and related to the themes of the conference
Write the full name, scientific title, email address and phone and WhatsApp number of the author or authors
– The abstract must be written in the form of a word file and in either Persian or English
The abstract should not exceed 350 words
The abstract must have five keywords
Abstracts and original articles can only be received through the conference email address

Writing an article

The scientific committee of the conference accepts the submitted articles according to the following conditions:
– The articles should be problem-oriented as much as possible or have a new approach to the subject under investigation
– It has not been previously published in publications or collections of articles, conferences and other scientific gatherings
– Articles taken from master’s and doctorate theses can be printed on the condition that the supervisor’s name is written next to the author’s name.
– If the article is taken from a research project or an organization has paid the financial cost of the project, this should be included in the footer of the first page.

How to compile articles
Front Page

1- The full title of the article, name and surname, academic title (academic rank, field of study, workplace or teaching); E-mail address of the author or authors, contact number
2- Abstract in maximum 350 words
3- Keyword (up to 5 words)

Shape characteristics of the article

The article should be prepared with Word 2007 software (minimum 3500 and maximum 4500 words) and sent through the conference email.
2- In-text references (author’s last name, year of publication: page number)
3- Non-Persian words should be inserted inside the numbered text (tok) and its equivalent at the bottom of the page
4- Footnotes should be moved to the end of the article and before the sources
5- Sources should be mentioned at the end of the article in alphabetical order separately from Persian and non-Persian sources
6- The list of sources should be compiled in the following way and added at the end of the article:
A: Books: family name, name (year of publication); Book title, translator: vol. Place of publication: Publisher
B: Articles: surname, name (year of publication); “Title of the article”, name of the publication, period, number of the publication, place of publication: the pages to which the article is assigned
C: electronic sources: surname, name (date of visiting the site or blog); the title of the article or writing; Exact internet address or access (CD, …)
D: theses: surname, name (academic year in which the thesis was defended); The full title of the thesis, the name of the supervisor and advisers, the city where the faculty or university is located: the name of the university, (unpublished)
